Send an outbound API or an email every time a lead is accepted by an agent
This can be set to trigger company wide, or when a specific agent accepts a lead.
Company Wide
Go to the Settings>Advanced page and scroll down to find the company wide Forward Accepted field. When a lead is accepted by any agent in your organization a JSON copy will be sent to any url's included in this field. Alternativly, you can enter an email address to send an email copy of the accepted lead details.

Agent
In the left sidebar go to the users page and click the desired user. Then, in the right sidebar, scroll down to find the agent Forward Accepted field.
You can add a url to send an outbound api every time this agent accepts a lead, or you can enter an email address to send an email copy of the accepted lead details.
